STICK TO YOUR GUNS Signs With SUMERIAN RECORDS

December 14, 2006

Sumerian Records has signed the five-piece melodic hardcore band STICK TO YOUR GUNS from Orange County, California.

Commented the label in a press release: "We're very excited about releasing STICK TO YOUR GUNS's debut album, 'For What It's Worth', in stores all over the world. The band has proven themselves to not only have an infectious and passionate live performance, but also have a professional, diehard work ethic. Just as they completed a 50-plus-day tour with almost no days off, we decided it was time to help the band get to the next level and signed them for this record. They gave 100% every night, whether it was 50 kids or 500 kids, and all the promoters had nothing but great things to say about the band both on and off the stage."

STICK TO YOUR GUNS previously released "For What It's Worth" on This City is Burning Records, but only 2,000 copies were pressed that were only available online and at shows. This will be a deluxe version of the record with new music, new artwork, as well as a live music video from their upcoming Chain Reaction video shoot on December 30.

STICK TO YOUR GUNS recently completed a West Coast tour with CALIBAN and THE ACACIA STRAIN, and are on the road as part of a full U.S. trek with TOO PURE TO DIE and THE BURNING SEASON. They will also be embarking on the upcoming TERROR tour in January/February, also featuring THE WARRIORS and ALL SHALL PERISH.

"For What It's Worth" will hit stores everywhere on February 20.
